We had an excellent experience thanks to our server, Zara. She was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Zara handled everything with confidence and maturity, making sure our orders were correct and checking in at just the right times. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back and we hope to see Zara again soon!
What a great & quite popular little downtown Pub. We stopped in for some Friday night happy hour with 14 of our best friends. The atmosphere, staff, food & drink's were all great. The place was packed when we left at 6:30pm, so we would recommend going early or making a reservation if they will take one.
Michelle was the best waitress I’ve encountered in recent months. Super friendly, recommending everything from the menu, knowing how each dish is prepared and what it contains. I also really appreciated the way she communicated with the customers and stayed smiling the entire time. Thank you so much for the excellent service, food, and atmosphere.
Ale’s house is a must!! I never write google reviews but I simply had to for the quality of food, the atmosphere and the love for customers. The service here was incredible, espically from our server Samantha! She was truely amazing she provided fast, thoughtful service as well as engaging with her customers. She was super funny but on top of her game the entire time. Overall we had a delightful time and would seriously recommend visiting ales and if possible requesting Sam!!
Zara is outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. Our drinks were never empty, timing was perfect, and she checked in just the right amount without ever hovering. Zara’s positive attitude and professionalism made the entire experience feel special. Emerson’s is lucky to have her I’ll definitely be asking for Zara again next time.
The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. My friends and I had a great time and really enjoyed the lively atmosphere. They have a big selection of draft beers, which was a huge plus. Our server, Mishel, provided excellent service—she was kind, friendly, and always smiling. She truly made our experience even better. Thank you for a wonderful time!
We were hungry before we got there, but once there the scent of good food filled the air and we could not wait to dig in. It seemed pretty busy so we expected to be waiting awhile, however, we were quickly seated. We both ordered different food to try and everything delicious! Our server Samantha was on top of her game-no drink ever went below half before offered more and she was very attentive and friendly! Overall, I would say this is a great place to throw into the restaurant rotation with a great atmosphere and service.
Cute spot in downtown Mt. Prospect. They have daily specials, and Tuesdays are all day happy hour which includes some drinks and food. The cheese curds were a bit too breaded for my liking, but still good. They have different salads that you can get as a wrap- I’d definitely get one again!
The food is always amazing. The cooks are fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxing, yet energetic when appropriate. Ive been there for live music and Bears games too. The manager always plays my home team on one of the TV's when the occasion suits it, and the draft beer selections are on point. The staff are EXTREMELY hospitable and great service. Samantha B. and Dymond are amazing and talented.
Had a great lunch experience here with a few friends! The place was pretty packed, but we got lucky and found an open table right away. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was impressively fast—even during a busy time. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. I ordered the salmon salad, and it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I highly recommend it! Overall, a fantastic spot for lunch. I’ll definitely be coming back!
